Gary J. McClellan, 53, of Peabody, died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. Gary was born in Atlanta,GA to Theodore M. McClellan of Grass Valley, CA and Jean (Lough) McCarthy of Andover. Gary was a Harley-Davidson enthusiast and enjoyed traveling, spending time at the beach and exercising, however his greatest passion was his children and grandchildren. Gary was employed by Verizon as a lineman and served his country in the U.S. Army.
Besides his parents, Gary is survived by his children Gary J. McClellan, Jr. of WA, his grandchildren Gary, Aiden, Devin, Megan, his brothers Doug G. McClellan and his wife Gloria of Windham, NH and Greg G. McClellan of Andover.
